These terms apply to purchases from Supply City LLC ("Supply City", "we") through this website, by phone or in person.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, per the unit listed (for example per case). We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel affected orders; if we do, we will refund any payment. Quotes are valid until the date shown on the quote.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Zelle, credit or debit card, and approved business accounts. Orders are prepared after payment is received or approved. Business accounts on invoice terms must pay by the due date on the invoice.
Florida and applicable local sales tax is added where required. Customers claiming an exemption must upload a valid exemption or resale certificate in My Account > Business Profile. The exemption applies after we approve it, covers the state on the certificate, and must be renewed every year. We may charge tax on orders placed while a certificate is pending, expired or not approved.
Delivery and pickup are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered or picked up.
Returns are handled under our Returns Policy.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. Products are sold for commercial use; please check suitability (for example food-contact and temperature ratings) before use.
